Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we do! Our signature flavor cupcakes are available for delivery via Grubhub, Uber Eats, and DoorDash. For all other custom or large quantity orders, you can request delivery through our custom order form. This allows us to cater to any special or bulk requests, ensuring a seamless experience for all your needs.
 

how do i store my cake?

If you have an all buttercream cake, you can store it in the fridge until about 30 minutes before serving. If you have edible images or heavy fondant decor, you can leave your cake in a cool space in the box until you’re ready to serve.
 

how do i store my cupcakes?

Your cupcakes can be left in the box and stored in a cool place until you’re ready to serve.
 

how do i know if my order is confirmed?

Full payment is required to confirm all orders. For custom orders, you’ll receive an email stating a staff member will call you to confirm everything and collect payment. We also offer emailed receipts upon request.
 

what is your refund policy?

Refunds are given at the discretion of the manager and ownership. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before pickup or delivery will not be eligible for a refund or store credit. Because all orders are custom-made, once production has started, we cannot repurpose or resell any baked goods.  

what is a rush fee?

Our schedule fills quickly, so we typically request 1.5 to 2 weeks’ notice for custom orders. Custom orders are anything outside of our signature flavor cupcakes. When orders are placed with less notice, it requires additional effort from our team, and we believe their hard work should be valued. As a result, a rush fee will apply. This fee is determined based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, timing, and any special supplies that need to be ordered. We will provide a detailed quote once we review your request.

 

Can I order a specialty flavor even when it’s not on the stands for the current week?

Yes, you can order a specialty flavor even if it’s not part of our current weekly special. However, a specialty flavor fee will apply, and orders must be placed in increments of six.

Do you have other sizes for your cupcakes?

We offer medium sized cupcakes (about the same size as most bakeries and grocery stores) and mini cupcakes (bite-sized). Visit our Pricing page to see requirements when ordering these.

do you have any information regarding allergies?

4 of our Signature Flavors contain nuts (Carrot Cake, German Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cup, and Salted Caramel). Some of our 200+ flavors contain nuts as well. Please feel free to call ahead for more information.

All cupcakes and gluten-free variants do contain dairy. Please feel free to inquire about our vegan (dairy free) cupcakes!

Do you offer vegan and gluten-free options?

Yes, we do! Our gluten-free options do contain egg products, and our vegan options do contain flour that has gluten. Any gluten-free or vegan cakes will receive a $10 specialty batter upcharge.

I haven’t heard back from anyone yet… what should i do?

It takes anywhere between 24-48 hours to receive a response; our team handles several orders a day along with other tasks, and we respond to emails in the order we receive them. If it’s been 48 hours and you haven’t received anything, be sure to check your spam folder to see if our email to you may have been misplaced!
